Capri Moments is exclusively a Wedding & Event Planner, a strictly private destination service provider, offering custom-designed, private, personal events and services.
Capri Moments is not a tour operator or travel agency.
Capri Moments does not provide public tours, pre-scheduled, public bus tours from hotels or “step on” public bus tours.
Capri Moments respects your privacy and maintains a strict policy with respect to confidentiality of information.
Capri Moments strongly recommends the purchase of a travel insurance or wedding insurance in your country in the unlikely event of the unexpected.
Capri Momentss can be reached by using the enquiry form to receive specific information about locations, prices and availability.
CAPRI MOMENTS CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you cancel your wedding or event, we must apply a charge and the later the cancellation the more that charge will be. If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking this must be done in writing by the person in whose name the booking is invoiced. Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your written communication, can be executed either through e-mail or fax. Cancellation charges will be specified in the contract you will receive from our planners when hiring our services.
A non-refundable deposit is requested at the moment of booking. The amount is determined according to the size of the event and services involved.
Capri Moments is not responsible for events or situations beyond its direct and effective control. Without limitation the following are factors beyond our direct control: bad weather, heavy traffic, accident, labor disputes, strikes, civil disorder, travel restrictions, fear of the unknown, or failure of “third party service providers” to perform to client’s satisfaction, and as scheduled on the event.
