Capri is an ideal location for your wedding and it becomes even more if you decide to take a romantic elopement with no relative or friends.
And that’s just what Hilda and Frankie did!
When they contacted us, the only thing they said was “we have never been to Capri, but we love it and we want to say “I DO”on this wonderful island! For the rest we are in your hands.”
We proposed them Monte Solaro as the place for the symbolic ceremony.
Monte Solaro is the is the island’s highest point and from here you can enjoy a wonderful view: the Faraglioni, the Bay of Marina Piccola, the Amalfi Coast and the Gulf of Naples, everything spread before you.
During the emotional ceremony, Hilda and Frankie have sworn eternal love exchanging their personal vows. The rings were placed in a handmade ceramic bowl custom made by a local artist. On the bowl were the words “Per Sempre” (“Forever”) and their initials, providing a wonderful reminder of a special moment on the island of Capri.
The newlyweds had then their outdoor lunch.
More than ten varieties of flowers, including medinillas, anemones, English roses, buttercups, pink pepper berries, green hydrangea and seasonal fruits such as grapes, figs and pomegranate decorated the table which was surrounded by grapevines and olive trees.
Photos taken by Valentina Casagrande and the video made by Luigi De Gregorio have then immortalized forever this wonderful day.
